Welcome to the GoPro Self Service Demo Portal. GoPro Self Service offers an online portal that connects you and your contacts. The Self Service portal offers forms and status updates online, along with a complete overview of the contact's business with your organization.

The solution comes with a form generator that makes it easy to add new services to the portal, as well as a WYSIWYG web content manager that allows you to seamlessly integrate the portal to your organization's identity.

When forms are submitted on the portal, a case in the GoPro backend system is automatically created and assigned to an appropriate employee. The applicant can also view any status changes and documents online on their portal, so they can stay informed. GoPro Self Service improves operational transparency and efficiency, and allows you to provide better service at lower cost.
